It took me less than one month to start feeling stronger and fitter. It improved my mood tremendously. He keeps me accountable and motivates me to not want to miss any workout, he’s encouraging me constantly and helps me improve my diet and sleep schedule. And what makes training with him be the highlight of my days is that he’s so friendly, easygoing, fun, and nice to be around

Before COVID I was absolutely flying in the gym. My wedding was meant to be in April and I was motivated hugely by that. When the wedding was pushed out and we were at home full time I lost ALL motivation, it was a daily pity party for at least 2 weeks. The workouts provided are only part of the motivation, it's the fact he checks in with you weekly, responds to any comments on exercises and provides information on all aspects of well being.

I would highly recommend Liam as a personal trainer. I started PT with Liam in October 2021 as I initially wanted to gain confidence in the gym and get a structured programme in place. He has helped with the simplest things like setting up a squat rack to the more complex stuff like getting technique right. His location in a private gym also helps build up confidence before getting on to a busy gym floor. Every session is enjoyable and Liam is always encouraging which has helped me make great progress since starting personal training. Seeing what is achievable when a plan is in place is motivating and is extremely helpful in sticking with it from week to week.

Having a coach has been really useful in determining my goals and understanding what I want to achieve from my training and Liam has put a realistic plan in place to help do that. I've been training with Liam for a year and a half now. I had tried the gym before and had always given up after a couple of sessions. Basically because I didn't know what I was doing. I thought you had to train for hours 7 days a week to see any results. Liam showed me that this wasn't the case. All it takes is a few small changes in diet and exercise. He put me in a slight calorie deficit and I increased my step count. I lost 9kg in the first 3 months. I'm now concentrating on protein intake to build muscle. While still enjoying a social life. I was nervous going into my first session, but Liam put my mind at ease straight away. I'm still seeing progress to this day. I would highly recommend Liam as a trainer.

I would definitely recommend Liam as a PT. I have been working with Liam for about a year. My body has become stronger and fitter. I have issues with my lower back, shoulders and upper arms. Liam has developed a program to help strengthen these areas. As a result, I have less issues in these areas. Liam is very patient, encouraging and has a great way of pushing you outside your comfort zone but I never feeling dispirited.

“I trained with Liam between November 2018 and April 2019. I had been training for about 10 months when I approached Liam. I had been doing classes but felt my progression had stopped/plateaued so I wanted to challenge myself in new ways. From asking around the gym, Liam was the guy to go to and he didn’t disappoint! I should preface by saying I have problems with my knees and had been seeing a physio for a few months. I explained this to Liam while explaining my goals were strength based and he 100% accommodated me. I was blown away by the research he had done in advance to not only make sure our sessions would help me achieve my goals and be okay for my knee, but would actually help my knee to improve! Other than that, Liam taught me everything I needed to know about correct form, how to modify exercises to suit my biomechanics. how to plan a workout, how to programme workouts to achieve goals over time, the list goes on. He also gave me invaluable nutrition advice to make sure my diet was complimenting my training and helping me achieve my goals. He always showed the upmost professionalism while also being an incredibly friendly and genuine individual. I left every session feeling accomplished and in a great mood and training with Liam gave me the independence to successfully train myself. Liam knows how to push his clients to achieve their goals but does so in a very practical and realistic manner. He really managed to nail the balance of helping me progress in the gym and living a healthy lifestyle while also being able to have a life and enjoy myself. Having a coach has been absolutely key for me during COVID in order to stay motivated and continue with my training. Having someone to keep me accountable and talk to about training has also been really important. Without those things, I know I wouldn't train as much as I do!
